Have no clue what these people are talking about on here. I had my grown mentally impaired daughter with me, they paid her special attention making her feel welcome & special. In doing my taxes, I informed in advance mine seem to always be a little extra work, such as if it can go wrong it will. Believe it was the main lady there, Betsy maybe, who gave me to a new person. We did have a few slight problems but both ladies worked to ensure before hitting the button that all was correct. I enjoyed the personal service & attention with both ladies. Wendy made it through my taxes wonderful, learning a few crazy things along they way. I would recommend this office for anyone needing assistance in filing :) This says this post will show my little girls name, but I want them to know it was me, Carolee Boes. Thanks again ladies!

Terrible unprofessional branch. I took my taxes first to their Wal-Mart branch and then to the main office and both times they messed my taxes up. It took me over 3 hours just to get my taxes done, and then the next day, I realized they even got my address wrong. I have used other Jackson Hewitt offices before and will again - just not this one.
This place sucks! Me and my wife got kicked out for no reason, the lady was just complaining that she haven't had her lunch yet, i told her we could come back she said "No that's ok" she started to ask questions and out of no where she said she didn't like our attitude and told us to get out. WOw never again!
