WORST DUNKIN DONUTS EVER
Best Dunkin I've been to. Ashley, one of the team members, was very kind to me. She helped me fill out a survey and get a free donut. She was nice to me and I was highly satisfied by my visit. The parking lot is poorly designed, but overall I like it :)
Oh, by the way, several people had left while I was there.
I came, I ordered a donut, I ate it. Also I like that they are going all out for Halloween, taking the same donut and giving it Halloween colors and names. Also they take care of dinosaurs.
I wanted to try something new.. Unfortunately I did not like it.. The staff immediately apologized and made me something else at no charge.
No idea how this place is still in business. Ordered on the go HOT macchiato only to be given iced ones. On top of that I had walked in to order son donut and waited forever At least 20 minutes (plus on the go order was not ready) and there were FOUR PEOPLE WORKING!!! Finally got donut for son which was HARD. After this went to get on the go order and it wasn't there once the lady finally made them she started complaining that no one was even there to get them. I replied oh no they're mine. And as i stated before were not even made correctly even to the point of the macchiatos being mostly milk with half a shot of espresso but at that point I'd had enough that I just left.
Great service. Drive through open till midnight doors close at 11.
