When i opened Credit card account, they were very happy to do that! But.. when i need them help me to cancel it, they said i have to call on the phone! If i can talk good English i don't need them help! Bad service, slow and racist because they are old people! I will close my bank account here! I miss the people work at Pigeon Forge brand!
