Car pickup and drop off was very quick and easy. Office easily handled an upgrade. We left a phone in the car and the office went out of their way to help get it back to us. I will definitely always use this Enterprise location whenever I'm in the area.
All their rentals are within 2 years of new, so you might just drive a car with less than 1,000 miles on it. At a great price also, Hertz was twice the price for the same car and for a week.
We were very happy with the service that we received at the Sevierville Enterprise office. Everything was completed in just minutes and we were ready to go.But not until the staff confirmed that we understood everything and was comfortable with the process. They did an excellent job!
I rented a Nissan Altima, drove to Springboro Ohio and around the city for 2 days on a tank of gas. Filled the car up again, headed home and returned the car. Only buying that one tank of gas.

Reserved a compact car which seats 5. When my husband picked up the vehicle, they gave him an economy which only seats 4. He did not realize it only seats 4. Also it doesn't have cruise control. I have never heard of rental vehicles without cruise control. Enterprise will not fix the problem so now ww either can't use the rental or have to leave my 13 year old home alone. VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE
