Cannot brag on these guys enough. The "coaches" here are not only teaching their retail sales people how to sell their product, but just how to help in general. I purchased a sweater that was a size too small, and ended up speaking with a guy named Ryan (one of the coaches) and he informed me on what to do to send the item back. In addition to this I had purchased more than I really wanted to obtain a $20 gift card (due to the staff's sales ability). When sending the sweater back I realized the gift card had expired, told Ryan about this and he sent me a $25 gift card back with the right size sweater! Awesome job and great customer service Sevierville crew, keep it up!
Good Nike store, with great customer service. Prices were standard, clearance, regular, sale. The only problem I had was that there was no variety of material of the shoes in women's. I personally was looking for leather shoes, and all the shoes were cloth. That for me was a little disappointing. Also, I found these nice shoes but they weren't in my size, I asked an employee for help and he did indeed find the shoe, the only problem was it couldn't be shipped to Canada (where I live.) Overall great, bought 2 pairs, 2/5 people in my family only found shoes.

Good selection of shoes. I came in looking to get LeBron shoes and sadly they only had one colorway of the shoe I was looking for but left satisfied.
Helpful and professional staff, simple store layout and awesome atmosphere. I've bought a couple pairs of shoes from this place and they're exactly what I was looking for, thanks to great recommendations from staff. I'll definitely shop here again for anything Nike.
