Nothing you'll really like, they cant order anything for you, and don't know what they are getting, or what they have, i went in looking for a 3in1 and they didn't have my size 2x btw not unreasonable, and then just apologized and , didn't offer me anything else or another help, acted like that's the norm, and it happens all the time and couldn't care less about someone about to spend 200 bucks on a jacket
I purchased several things last Saturday, Dec 16 from NF in Tanger. After standing in line for 10-15 min to check out, I realized before leaving the store that the register did not ring up the right discount for the items. I spoke with the young lady at the door and she said I would have to go thru the line a second time for the adjustment. She pointed to the manager who was running a register also. I quickly asked the manager and she said the same. So I stood in line for another 10-15 min to get an adjustment that the store messed up. I can't believe a company such as NF would treat their customers this way.
Horrible customer service, I have spent a lot of money in tthis store over the years, but will never return
