I bought 2 sofas at the beginning of April. Picked up one next day and the other later when it came in. After moving the second one in and unwrapping it there was a 4 inch tear in the fabric. I thought I might have a problem getting it replaced since I picked it up and they might think I damaged it.
The service & price were fantastic. I was able to get an Ashley couch for $299 that I loved. The sales people were not pushy, but were very helpful.
In store service was great! However, delivery was supposed to be 7-10 days and took 3+ weeks! No one even called to let us know... we had to keep calling them. We should have been offered a full refund of the delivery fee ($99.00). Not happy!
I purchased a sofa and love seat from this business. The service was outstanding!! Anjie, the sales lady, was great and provided the best services we could ask for! She's went out of her way to help us get the delivery exactly when we needed it because we were leaving town!! She was amazing!! Steven and Brandon, the delivery guys, were very nice and professional. Prices on everything was very reasonable Also the store is one amazing place!! Well worth a visit for furniture and unbelievable antiques!!!
There were no problems with getting a replacement. All three of the service reps I interacted with were very nice and helpful. Also their prices are very good. I would recommend a friend to shop there.
Service was excellent delivery was punctual (tho I thought 99$ was a little pricey since we live 2-3 miles from the store). but assembly is included so I didn't feel screwed. Also haven't had furniture delivery recently.
