Bought my lawn tractor in to be repaired. They said it would be about 3 weeks for repair. About 2 and a half weeks (Wednesday) I called them to find the status on my mower. They said the mechanic look at it Tuesday evening. I call back on Friday and no one could give me a update on the mower. I called back on Saturday an got the same old run a round. Finally l got with the manager Clinton. He looked into it and said it MIGHT be ready by Monday. I told him they needed to hire more mechanics during this very business season. He said by doing that ,during the slow period they would have people standing around with their hands in their pockets.As big as that place is ,I would find that hard to believe. Also, while you are waiting 3 weeks for your mower to be repaired,they are selling new equipment daily that needs to be assembled.Guess who get their equipment done first? I will not return to this place again unless they get their act together.
I've been to the co-op several times. Had tubes put in the lawn mower tires. Bought parts for the mower. Have not had no problems. I take my mower to mayo's in west Knoxville. They have full time employees and seasonal help. Normally within 2 weeks are less i have my mower. The last time back in August it took 3 days. Might be a longer drive but it is worth it. They also sell simplicity, cub cadet, and other brands

I've never had a problem where this Farmers Co-op they have upgraded their stock in the store got anything almost at here looking for little bit on the expensive side but or to a different town and pay the extra five or ten dollars and get it fire because she will spend that in gas trying to find it somewhere else I always had good service I do not have no complaints would recommend it to anyone
Worst experience ive ever had at this co-op...the the mower service department is horrible....bought my zero turn from them because of a good deal on financing and a supposed very good warranty on the mower...had mower for 2 maybe 3 yrs and has been great till the driver side trans axle began leaking..took the mower to them for the warranty work despite the heads up of 2 or 3 weeks out on service...i called every week for an update always given the same answer havent gotten to it yet...then 4 weeks after they have had it...i get a phone call saying they cant comfirm the problem..so i explain it to them..and they said they would try again..get a phone call again a couple days later and they confirmed the problem...so now im being told the transaxle warranty is out and that the mechanic is going on vacation and cant work on it till he returns and then when he gets back they will take it apart...and see what they can do or if they will even be able to get the manufacturer to do something about it...oh and was told that warranty only covers parts and not labor after the mower had been dropped off..extremely pissed off and will never go back there again once i get my mower back....and if the bill is crazy exspensive after all this time..ill end up taking them to small claims court....
