I rarely deal with them so I would not be able to tell you. Felicia is awesome! From personal experience, I recommend Smartstyles for anyone.
When we got there the lady told us it would be 35 minutes to wait so we said ok 35 minutes turned into 45 minutes then 45 minutes turned into an hour didn't look like that many people there cause when we got there were only one ahead of us so we left and went to Great Clips and they were very busy but didn't have to wait no longer than five minutes
