While traveling in Tennessee, I desperately needed a color and cut. On a cold rainy day, I sent my Husband off to Bass Pro, and I dropped into Super Cuts in Sevierville. A perfect experience. Stylist Gail was able to take me right away. She was friendly, shared pictures of her Granddaughter, and introduced me to her Daughter, who stopped by after passing her exam at Cosmetology School. The best part was she matched my color exactly and gave me the best cut I have ever had. Wish I were going to be in the area in six weeks when I need another cut and color. Thank you Gail.
Posted store front hours says closes at 7pm website says closes at 7pm. Get to store at 6:25pm door locked employee tells me there closed from inside.... Why have posted hours if your not going to go by it. Why have a business if your just going to turn guests away? I understand this was most likely the sole idea of the only employee there. But a location is judged by the staffing they choose to employ and to add more salt to the wound. As I was leaving they unlocked the door for another lady with a child and let come in. Still confused about that. Guess I wasn't worthy of a haircut this evening. Maybe I'll try tomorrow but at great clips. I'm sure they would like my money. Thanks for reading

My hair stylist talked more than styled. It was clean and tidy though. I wish that i could have had a better experience. It's hit or miss when you are a walk in.
Will not be back here again. When I get extremely rude disgusted looks and comments that's when I'm done. I probably would have came back for my self but for 14.25 for a small 2 year old hair cut that's way over priced. Than I get disgustingly told well it's really not that expensive and than get a dirty look. No way.
