Went to hope again for follow up after tests.
Left to die in Sevierville, well it all started when my wife began having abdominal pains. Lower stomach so we went to LC. They said go to hope medical clinic. Oh and when they say hope they mean hope to be seen , keep in mind she hurt every day waiting to go there. Ok this is sevierville you mean I have to wait over three weeks just to see you, oh it gets better so im privileged enough to see them. Was not given any medicine and no I dont mean pain medicine ,anything that would help with my condition . I was told that they were going to do test thru le conte out pat.. Still in pain no call from hope, days go by ,a week goes buy . Surely they must have lost my number, so I call and assist these lovely professionals on contacting and setting up tests at LC,
Dr. Colleen Cole is great. The staff is very nice. I would give 5 stars, but my only complaint is that they do not answer the phone often or call back when you leave a message. Also, my appointments are all weeks away from when I make them. Other than that, this is a very caring doctor and those are hard to find.
LC says in two days come see us.
Over a month now no call,however they billed Medicare with the quickness.
Get there early ,half day spent ,they messed up the test . Apologized was told to come back early tomorrow so we did.
Best doctor I've had as an adult. So helpful and jumped right into truly wanting to help me with getting my health on track. Colleen Cole and all of the staff at the office listen to what you have to say and are so very kind and helpful. Thank you so much. :)
Dr coleen Cole is the best .she really takes care of her patinces.very nice and caring .my grandaughter loves her Dr now .
Was told you need a gastroenterlogist, we will call you soon . That was over fifteen days a go.

Go to a M. D. What a lack of Real doctors we have here.
