Very rude woman awnser the phone told me to call somewhere else.. Don't waste your time
I accidentally locked my keys in my car while my son and I were shopping in Sevierville. It took over an hour for them to get to us. I didn't have my phone with me so my husband was calling for us. I had to borrow a phone to call him to tell them they still hadn't come. When he called the shop to find out where they were, the guy told him that he came by and couldn't find us so went back to the shop. Didn't call my husband or try to find us or anything. He also failed to mention that it was cash only. I didn't have cash on me so after he got the car open, he followed me to an ATM. While I was getting money out of the ATM, he started talking to some of his buddies that were at that gas station. I was very unhappy with the way we were treated and the lack of professionalism extended to us.
We lost our keys during the 4th of July we called them and they came right out and got us a new key and the lady was very very nice. And very cheap!!!
Way over priced , $6.50 plus tax for each key I ordered. Believe me they had no computer chips.. they are for a 1999 fifth wheel. I won't go back. Nice staff thou
Took my ignition in that I lost the key to and they had me a new key in an hour.
