I cannot recommend this company highly enough! My movers (Jacob & Connie), showed up on time, were friendly, very knowledgeable & took a great deal of care with my belongings (loading & unloading!).
They came in just below the estimate, nothing was damaged & they made a very stressful day go smoothly!
I spoke with Sonya 3 different times and with Jerry once and was told that 2 guys would be at my home to unload a trailer of furniture. It was on a Sunday but I was told 3 times that 2 guys had agreed to be there at 9am. We were in a time crunch due to my husband having to leave on a business trip later that day. To our dismay we were left hanging with a full trailer of furniture, a husband with back issues, limited time, a rented trailer and NO MOVERS! We had to scramble to purchase a dolly and unload the furniture ourselves. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! Their claim of 35 years of reliable service is obviously a joke!
Add the very reasonable charges & it's a winner in every aspect. If you need to move, you need to call this company!
After hiring this moving company, I was greatly disappointed. They showed up without enough boxes to pack my things but did move my bedroom suite & a loveseat that first day. Then it was 2 days later before they came back to finish the job. When I checked the house after they supposedly moved everything, I found clothing, plastic bins of items, chairs on the porch, book shelf with items still on it, Xmas decorations & my kitchen pantry had not been touched. After paying them over $2200, I had to get a friend to help move the rest of my belongs. Wouldn't recommend this company.
