So tired of seeing story after story of people being falsely imprisoned at the hands of detectives who look for the easy answer that required the least amount of actual detective work.Using scare tactics and threats to make people confess to something they didnt do does not make you a detective,poor excuse for a human being,yes,but not a detective.Sadly these are the people that we trust to serve and protect us.Recently people are asking a question of if a woman who falsely accuses a man of rape should do time? YES.Should a detective who coerces an individual to falsely confess do time? YES. That little badge you wear does not give you the right to destroy peoples lives because you want another notch on your belt.
I have been trying to find out inmate information for 6 hours, nobody answers the phone! If you are going to list a phone number, list one that someone will answer!!!
These guys are just as worthless as security guards. All a law enforcement officer has to do is enforce the law and the work that goes with it, the job they signed up for, but some, especially deputy Hays, would rather not care about his oath. I'd be ashamed if i worked for this department and called myself an officer. This is one of the many things that is wrong with America.
There was a wreck on Forks of the River Parkway on Sunday October 16,2016 about 9am 2 vans and a Sevier County cop car was in front of a friend of mine and seen the accident it just happened and it is pathetic that he did not even stop and see if these people were ok even if it was not his jurisdiction . He pulled into Frank Allens n I guess got his breakfast pathetic!!!there was a bumper even laying in the road and the cop had to see it. Someone could have been badly injured or had a bad injury. Does anyone know who this policeman may have been who avoided even stopping when seeing a wreck in front of him? I back the Police completely but this is pathetic really pathetic.if anyone knows they should call the Sevier County Sheriffs Department.
