I bought a double wide from an individual in the park approximately 7 months ago. It's a pretty park. I love the girls in the office. Some of the kids in the park our rough with our little ones (hence the 4 stars). I read through the reviews myself, I see others post about the office being strict, they're just trying to keep the park nice for everyone. They've came to my door before and asked me to move or fix something. I respect that, everyone deserves to live in a clean looking park.
A very nice facility. Staff is always polite and the grounds are kept nice.
This is a very well maintained park. Love the people that work here and how they make the residents a priority.
Most b.s. community with the most ridiculous guidelines. Willing to harass people within community and guests with no care in the world. Would not recommend to even my worst enemy.
