As a business, you can not afford to not be polite at all times. You will not get decent business that way.
I have been dealing with Country Meadows for awhile and have dealt with almost every person in the office.
If the parties that are unhappy? there is competition out there, just check the listings.
"As a business, we can not afford to be polite....." blah blah blah.
Clean, well maintained units, (up to 6 units now) and as for the "rudeness" remarks? Do you really think I don't have other places to spend my money? As other comments have suggested, paying bills on time could help......
The real world suggests, "most people and or business have to waste time and energy on the 1%, rather than focusing on the 99% of happy and satisfied."
The employee named Dee is one of the rudest I've encountered in a business setting. I would suggest that they find a new office person
