Unfortunately our experience at this location was very bad. We waited 20 mins to be seated, which was fine. However, it quickly went downhill. It took at least 20 mins for someone to take our order. When our food came, mine was cold. Cold shrimp is not appetizing so it had to be sent back. When it came out for the and time, it had been made wrong. When it finally came out for the 3rd time, my husband had already finished eating. So we basically had to eat separately. It took the entire time I was waiting on my food to finally get a refill. He never got the hot sauce he asked for. All told, we spend an hour and a half and got back service and only to-do food. My husband's fries were cold but he was starving and ate them anyway. We were very unhappy all the way around. They comped my meal which I appreciated. But we still paid 20 dollars for bad food and an hour and half sitting in a chain restaurant. I do not recommend this restaurant and this location at all.

Not the best experience for me and I was a fan of Joes. Within an hour or so I began to experience mild food poisoning. Ordered the crab bucket. Beware of certain items on the menu. Seafood is better fresh than frozen, I should have went with my first mind when I noticed the look of the crab meat and off temp. One good thing was my strawberry peach sangria was really good.
Fish and Chips was terrible. Tasted freezer burnt and old grease. My son's crab dip had a hair in it. The only thing that tasted good was the tortilla chips. Overpriced! Terrible food!
Our server, whose name unfortunately I don't remember (something with an H), was very nice and polite and was really the only good thing about the meal. The food was just alright. I had the king crab bucket which seemed either old or overlooked. It was the first crab I've ever had that tasted fishy and the shell was so soft it made the meat nearly impossible to get out. My boyfriend enjoyed his steak but I can definitely find a better crab dinner elsewhere.
My first experience was alright. Wait time to get seated wasn't too bad. To get dinner served was a little lengthy.. but with appetizers and good company, it wasn't horrible. Staff was friendly. Only thing I didn't care for was the wet bathroom floor. It needs a mat in front of the sink. My daughter ended up falling just trying to wash her hands. Poor girl slid under the sink. Its very slick. If it was an elderly person, it could have been worse. (Broken bone or something) but food was prepared nicely and we got to try some new food that we don't have in the north!
