I love this place! I always get the best service and it is an awesome atmosphere :) Both of the managers are very informative and know their stuff! I've been tanning here for almost 2 year's and never had a problem and always get a nice tan. Thank you Rachel and Regenia for running the best tanning salon in sevier county!
Love the tanning beds but hate the tanning product that the girl told me was the very best and they told me they couldn't do anything about it even though I had a reaction to it.
I had my own tanning bed for years, and Im 57 amd been tanning since Im 13... so I wouldnt mind paying a bit to step up my color, however, tanning 2 days in a row and not even seeing a line where I had a sticky tattoo... come on, what a rip! Bed never even got warm.... so I told the girl working (smart ass) well you cant expect miracles! She said and probably a third of my age, really made me mad because I didnt buy the cheapest package! I would like my money ba ck, or else... this is no way to run a business, I am a business owner also. I was trying it because I like to tan all year, but I see you do not get what you pay for here, other places are a third of the price, this place needs to quit trying to be fancy and get new bulbs, first time EVER come out of tanning being cold... helloooooo.
I have a membership here & I absolutely love them!!!! They have a wonderful staff!! Love them!!
