The manager at the time of purchase didn't know how to do anything the security tag was stuck and he didn't know how to fix the issue so he just stared at it. There was also a sale for 40% off men's outerwear and the jacket didn't ring up correctly. So again the useless manager came over and we asked is it 40% off all jackets he said "Yes" so we told him the issue and he claimed well it's every one other than this one. When the flyer on the door saying "All men's outerwear 40% off excluding price tag ending in .00/.98" Witch it was neither of those. So we went back the next day and talked to a different manger that accessed the issue and got the correct sale.

I have been a Kmart shopper for a looooong time but feel that's coming to an end for a couple of reasons. 1. They are becoming harder and harder to find. 2. The location in Sevierville clearly doesn't subscribe to the idea of customer service. I was given a coupon 2 days ago that was good for 20% off a home purchase. I went in 2 days later and was told I wouldn't be able to use the coupon due to it already having been redeemed. I haven't been anywhere to redeem it. Go figure they are slowly going out of business. You MUST take care of your customers to survive
Love having a Kmart. Wish it was a Super Kmart. Good service and selection. A whole lot easier to get in and out than Walmart. Definitely.
