Thank you to my local Walmart's staff, everyone was so friendly, and cheerful, thank you for all the Merry Christmas wishes! On my way out, I stopped to use the ladies room, and there were fresh flowers! Keep up the good work!
This Walmart is very convenient to shop at while vacationing in the Smoky Mountain. So glad it is there. Always stocked well even though they are always crowded with vacationers trying to stock their weekly kitchen with their favorite comfort food.
I called to ask them how much one of their gas powered mini bikes were and when they picked up they asked how may I direct your call? So I said the outdoors department, because that was where the bikes were; after about a minute of “redirecting” someone else picked up and said how may I direct your call? Then again I said outdoors department, thinking that they pressed the wrong button, but it happened 3 more times; and on the last time while directing my call, they just hung up on me. I got no information about how much the bike was because it is mainly 40 year old women picking up and can’t conorehend what I was saying and I’m guessing they just kept hitting random buttons thinking they were helping. So 1 star; I wish I could rate them with a zero star for customer support
Like any other Wal Mart you can get almost anything in here. They are open twenty four hours a day and also have self check outs so you can be in and out quickly. After a certain time they do shut down one side of the entrance and exits and the check outs. This one is kind of unique I guess since it's located in Pigeon Forge you can have custom shirts made with your name on it to rememeber your vacation here which is very nice.
I came into your store and a woman named Emma was working in the restroom. She was so sweet and kind. Out of all the Wal-Mart restrooms this was the cleanest I have ever seen.
