I have been going to this facility for 7 years now. The lady that runs the office is worth her weight in gold. Super friendly, very personable and she truly cares about everyone who walks in the office. The nurse practitioners really do care and take the time to listen to your symptoms so they can make the best diagnosis. My only complaint, if you want to to call it that, is that the building is to small for the volume of patients they see. The waiting room is often times standing room only but in the summer there are places to sit outside in the shade. I'd recommend this place to anyone if they are looking for that small, hometown feel, southern style doctors office.
I love this office! My daughter, my husband, and myself are all patients here. I actually pulled my daughter out of B & G Pediatrics to bring her here because the treatment is so much better here. I know the fact that it is in a house kind of freaks people out, but don't let it. Dr. Clinton is doing AMAZING work here in Sevier County. If not for her I wouldn't be able to afford the medical care I need. She charges $35 for visits, and $16 for lab work. Most of the other places in town charge over $100 just to see you!
0-stars out of 5! After all the problems I have already faced today there. They finially called in a script fo me. YEAH! It was 50$ for generic and I found out that I could buy it over the counter cheaper. What a joke. What does a person have to do to get some medical attention here in Sevier Co? Apparently you DONT get any help if you dont have insurance regardless of what the sign says on the door. They will take your money however!! For certain! Be sure they will treat you like a drug addict from the start. Of course EVERYONE that comes in is only seeking pills. Theres no chance that ANYONE would want to actually be treated for illness.
Amber Atchley is by far THE BEST doctor I HAVE EVER SEEN. She is always amazing with my 17 month old and with myself. Is always genuinely caring and concerned as to what is going on with us. She deserves endless praising. I will never take my son to another doctor, she is the best. Take my word for it. Also Jennifer, the nurse is always fantastic with him too. Anytime I call she always squeezes us in even if it's minor, I adore this office for there outstanding work and professionalism. There's another nurse who is always kind and sweet, can't think of her name... I think she has red hair.. and a flower tattoo on her wrist, she is always so sweet and gentle with my son. I just wanted to say thank you for all you do for my family because you guys rock!
Before even knowing my coverage with my insurance, the told me I would have to self pay and not be covered with my insurance because hsa was attached to it. Hsa is an additional benefit for the member not Dr. Office. I'm fully covered with my benefits in network, I've met all my deductible and out of pocket that they didn't even bother realizing and acknowledging.
