We recently moved all of our business to AT&T and went to the Sevierville TN store for assistance. The entire Staff was friendly and helpful with assisting us with answering our unique technical issues; so our businesses interruption was at a minimum. A special thanks to Client Representative "Joe" who went to another AT&T store to retrieve a phone that we needed their store was out-of-stock of at the time. This considerably expedited our business down time. This is truly "over-and-above" service! It was apparent that the Staff truly does care about their clients; and we are very happy that we made the "much needed" communication changes! We truly feel we will be saving money and the change will make our life easier. Also, the on line tech support is exemplary to pick up where the store sales representative leave off, if needed. first of all aiiot toiiia maybe you should think about your statement there. Ever think she may have been closing alone? That maybe she had emergency? No your selfish as hell and can only think about you. That girl that was there took care of us until 630. We waited to make sure she left ok. No there was not 6 people waiting so try again when you come to lie on here. There were 3. Oh yea and what about that threating note you left on her car that we watched you put on there. Ever think you made her feel unsafe? No you didn't. That girl that was there was amazing and is amazing at her job! So this person only thinks of them selves and only wants everyone else pity. So sir we do pity you and your selfishness
This store is so helpful! They took care of me even though I am not from Tennessee. I felt heard and taken care of! The lady that helped me was AMAZING! If you go, have Ashley help you. She is patient and helpful! GREAT STORE!

This place I should absolutely horrible!! Customer service is extremely slow. They served people ahead of us that came after us in the store. After waiting an hour in a half we found out that they don't even have a SIM card in stock bc they were "busy". What cell phone shop runs out of SIM cards and the fact that their agents were just relaxed and passing time so leisurely when there were ten customers waiting for over an hour is ludicrous.
