I love these guys! The only thing with me is I want to get an IPhone X, but every time I call it’s they’re for new customers only and that upsets me. 5 star rating but kinda disappointed
The worst business ever. Very unprofessional, employees spent more time talking too each other than to the customers and they're not overly friendly either. No urge to solve your problem at all. Bad image for Sprint!!!
We stopped in because we were having a problem with our phones. They told us their was a promotion and we could get free phones. Sprint would give us a credit for thew 24 months. WHAT A LIE we are now paying every month for what was to be free phones
The best customer service I have had in a long time! Carson really went out of his way for us. I got true customer service and 100% customer satisfaction. I have alot of respect and admiration for Carson and his team they truly know the meaning of customer service! I will definitely return to this store if I ever need help with my service. Thanks guys!
