I had lived in a house that I thought, honestly, should have been torn down. When the time came to do something about it, Steve at Crown Contracting was there for me and my family. Not in my wildest dreams did I think there was a contractor with such honesty, such integrity, who cares about doing the best job for you. He does not extort money through faulty expences or job costing or low-quality material.
Steve did such an amazing job on the house. It is unrecognizable. Quality is incredible. He lays out his plans and executes them as though he was working on his own house. Very caring and honest, I cannot stress enough how refreshing it is. His experience and expertise is woven into each step of his process!
We hired Crown Contracting General Contractors to complete a remodel of a portion of our kitchen and install hardwood floors throughout the entire home.
We made the best decision! We were extremely satisfied with the pace of the work, the care and concern for our home (they brought in protectors for our couch and installed plastic barrier walls to minimize dust). The were always prompt and on time. We expected to be done on a certain date. They actually completed the work a day earlier. They moved our furniture back to its original location and were diligent to clean up any debris left behind.
Crown Contracting installed a full 2,000 SQFT 1st floor wrap around porch and a 800 SQFT 2nd floor balcony. My other contractor fell through and Crown Contracting was able to come out and COMPLETE it and make it BEAUTIFUL! They were very professional, quick and clean! I was amazed with how clean they left the job site and Steve's extensive knowledge in the building traits. My next building project will be with Crown Contracting...
