Don"t ever let Darrell build a house for you, he builds the cheapest houses, they may look good on the outside, but on the inside so many things are wrong and he will not fix them. For instance the kitchen only has one kitchen drawer and you can't use it, I have given him a list of things to fix prior to and after closing and nothing has been fixed. So if you have already signed a contract with him on the construction DO NOT CLOSE on your house until ALL repairs are done.
Very poor construction and final touches. We ordered a covered deck in the back with a eaves roof. We got a straight roof. Then our toilet wouldn't hold water and our hot water hose in the kitchen was not tight and blew off flooding the kitchen and living room. The plumber was good for and repairEd that. Darrell would not return calls. Jerry, his silent partner came over and looked at gouges in the walls that had been painted over, and 3 nail heads sticking out of the sheetroock. Jerry said they don't cover cosmetic problems. There is no quality control! Poor workmanship!
