Great studio. They have classes for all ages. I did the loose to live challenge and lost 30lbs. Great staff and fun atmosphere.

Great atmosphere, Great Prices, No membership fees for fitness classes, just pay when you come to class!! Kids tap, hip hop, gymnastics, praise dance and more. Personal Training, Zumba, Yoga, Insanity AND ADULTS BALLROOM CLASSES!!! Teachers are wonderful and everyone is so supportive!!
