Don't waste your time with this gym. If you don't care about a pool then go to another gym. Save yourself some money and a lot of B.S. workout world, anytime fitness, etc. They have the same equipment. They even have tanning. The only extra they don't habe is a pool. National Fitness Centers home office will do whatever they want when it comes to you membership. I highly recommend avoiding this gym. I have nothing against this place other than personal experience. It was a nightmare.
Fácilities are alright but has the worst staff possible they're always messing up the payments and overcharging you and when you try yo get a solution they are no help! Staff needs to be trained properly
To start off, I received a free 7 day guest pass. I really needed to get back to the gym again, so I figured this could be a nice push back into the fray. After arriving to the facility, It took around 10 minutes to find the rep. We then sat down to talk about fitness goals and all that jazz. Then a walkthrough of the facility and ultimately I was free to go do my work out after about 45 minutes. I did a nice 30 minute workout and my body ultimately had enough for the day.
This center is the cleanest facility I have ever visited. It is obviously well managed. The employees are friendly and courteous yet extremely professional in the way in which they carry themselves. I found them to be knowledgeable and willing to assist members and guests in any way possible. Mr. Beck, the general manager, is the epitome of excellent management, and any fitness center would be very fortunate to have his leadership and the fine team he has in place. I highly recommend NFC Sevierville to anyone interested in the very best fitness center for the ultimate workout and relaxation experience!
I have been a member at the location for almost 4 years. I recently relocated resulting in the cancellation of my membership. Cancellation was as easy as meeting with the club manager and signing a form. The club and staff were great.
The facility is top notch, no doubt. They have everything you need and then some. However if you can't afford a minimum of $40 a month like me, then I do not recommend. The staff are friendly, but it was the sales tactics that really struck a nerve with me. If you're rich and money is never an issue, by all means have at it. I'll stick with my gym that is $80 for 6 months that offers almost the same thing without all the pressure.
Exhausted I went to get my things and leave, only to be put through an obvious sales pitch. Not even the first day and they already wanted me to rush in a sign up for their membership. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't a 7 day guest pass for the reason of checking the place out for a week, not to give in and get a membership the first day? I didn't like the fact that they were stooping to typical sales tactics in order to lock me into a 3 years contract.
