They lie! After purchasing stove, frig, and dishwasher they tell me it will be delivered in ten days. The following week they call and tell me my delivery is for January 3. Really almost 2 months later than promised. They call me back after 3 weeks and set delivery up for stove and frig on Saturday. That’s great. So I move out appliances and delivery shows up with only stove. I call store and they said if I want frig today I must come pick it up. Ok I’m mad but go to store to pick up frig. I had paid for connector hose they say I had to buy to get delivery to set it up but when I get to store they claim I took it when I bought it. Why would I do that? It was a act of Congress to get it through to them. Would not recommend anyone shopping there for delivery service. And I still don’t have dishwasher guess I be waiting another month.
Terrible service from the Customer Service area. 2 cashier lines backed up so we went to customer service. They (2 gals) were SO rude. All we were getting was a gift card. I even said something to the lady who was rude to me and my 80y uncle. We will never come back here. I'm a local and do not appreciate this. If I had been alone I would have found a manager.
Good prices,but hard to get helped, need more employees,but if you know what you're looking for ,no hassle
I needed assistance finding the right item among many choices. An associate came by and found what was best for my situation. He worked in the appliance department but was very knowledgeable about the lighting products. He also gave me a tip on an option on a possible later purchase for a refrigerator. A good experience.
Everyone was very nice and helpful, well stocked store, beautiful Christmas wreaths (I bought one), prettiest I have seen anywhere great price all I have to do is hang it on my porch which means a lot to me ...❣❣
