We lost all of the mortar off the trailer ( $400+ ), I went back to Home Depot and advised them what happened, the M.O.D. I spoke with ask for a list of lost materials and told me they would definitely do all they could to help with material replacement and cost, especially under the circumstance.
I love this place so much - it’s become like a second home. Team is always friendly and willing to help out!
Went to buy a leaf blower and the young boy who helped me was so helpful and nice. I went to the garden center and the lady there was also helpful in getting my plants I wanted. My experience has alway been super great
Usually have what I need or help me with suggestions for an alternative way to do whatever I'm doing. Never a hassle when I have an extra item to return when I have stupidity bought to much. Clerk's are always easy to find helpful and they don't know where find what you're looking for they call someone and ask to find it if you it. You are a lot better and more helpful than the store that I used to shop at I will never go to that store. Again. Thank you for such great people and services.
Less than a week later my mother contacted mng with Home Depot and long story short they did absolutely nothing to assist with material replacement.
Terrible customer service, my stepfather, Phil Clark had a heart attack and died the same day he had made plans to pick up material from Home Depot for a tile floor , so i went at my mothers request to get materials, after a fork lift placed the pallet with material on my trailer I asked for something to secure the pallet, I ask for twine to tie it down I was told Home depot does not have anything unless I wanted to buy a zip strap , I advised them of the situation and they said it should be fine for a short trip without being secured any better.
