Great store with fantastic deals on refurb tools and some new stuff too!! They always have great deals going and the staff is always helpful! My favorite place to shop when visiting Gatlinburg!
Rippoff. They sell mostly refurbished home Depot tools,but the prices are crazy, sometimes more then the actual new product at home Depot,lol. I bought a BBQ grill there,and when i opened the box it was missing the pizza stone. I called and they explained it used to be included,but they stopped. That was one factor in my decision to purchase it,as the store display clearly had the stone on it. They apologized , took my phone number,and promised to get one for me. Over 2 months and no call,so when I went in to find out what's up, they basically told me to pound sand,its not their problem...If you do venture in the store while visiting the area,bring your phone and price check , the same refurbished ryobi homeowner grade tools are a lot cheaper from factory authorized sellers on eBay and Amazon,and on some of the same tools can be purchased at home Depot brand new for substantially less money.
