All the employees were very nice whenever I went to get my permit.. especially the guy that has the first counter, he is one of the funniest guys that I have met.. other than myself of course :P
People were nice and I got my problem taken care of but the wait was a bit long and they needed more people to be on the clock.
Generally they are unhelpful but ocassionally one of the older ladies is very informative and can give you a more detailed description to fix any issues that they cant resolve

I went to get a new license because my old one was stolen. I forgot it costed money and since my whole wallet was stolen I had no cash or cards or anything. they told me they could hold my transaction till 5:00 (it was 4:40) so I went as fast as I could down to where my sister was and she gave me the cash. I came back and was knocking at the door at 5:01 and they turned me down. everything was done, all I had to do was pay..
