I have been impressed with Firehouse subs so far. Every employee that I have come into contact with has been friendly and knowledgeable. They have never gotten my order wrong. Every sandwich I have tried has been excellent.

Always fresh and delicious. Also appreciate management checking on everything and everyone! Seen an old couple today at the store who was sharing a sub. One of the managers (or maybe corporate manager) gave them a brownie to share as a sweet end of the meal. I would say that made my day!
