Well I've ordered a pizza approximately an hour ago and on the pizza tracker it shows its on the way but I haven't received a call or my pizza. Everything in this town is on a hurry up and wait program. I HATE THIS AREA. Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg both SUCK. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!!!
Some of the best pizza I have had in recent memory! The pizza was excellent and cheesy, pepperonis werent burnt, and as always you guys made amazing crust. The banana peppers were a little spicy though as they had Katie running to get milk, ice, etc. She was burning for 30 minutes!!!

Horrible wait time compared to others in town. This place is so disorganized you can't even order carryout most days without an hour wait. Call almost anywhere other place in town at the same time and its only about a 15 minute wait. Corporate should replace the owner and manager of this location with people who know how to run it correctly.
We were on vacation and ordered pizza delivered. There was an issue with the pizza, I called back and they replaced the pizza and fixed the issue without any fuss and at no charge. Anyone can make a mistake but the best will make it right. Recommended!
