Worst experience with service in my life. Had a break at the meter. Tony came over, took a look, saw it gushing out, said, lets go turn off your water heater so I can turn your water off, I started up the driveway and he sped away down the street. I called him to ask where he was going and he stated, " its galvanized. I'm going to have to pass." Left me with the water still gushing. I'm still not believing this happened.
We've had Tony out several times since buying our older home in Sevierville. He replaced our toilets, rerouted the plumbing in our laundry room, replaced a broken utility faucet, and installed a bathroom faucet. Today I'm calling him to replace an outdoor faucet--I wouldn't call anyone else.
Wouldn't come to help with plumbing problems he said I lived to far away. (23 Mile's away) from him.
Tony was amazing. Vary fast for a weeken call, An vary reasonable with pricing.
I've used Tony for years at both my house and my small business. He's helpful and quick to respond. He does good work. We're very pleased.
