I had just bought a new washer and dryer. I was so disappointed when the washer could not drain . I called HEP another plumbing agency first and they charged me $329 and could not unclog the drain. I was also left with a mess and could not believe they wanted to charge me for a sup pump installation of $2500. The next day I called Roto-Rooter they sent Brock who had no difficulty in unclogging the drain and connecting my washer. I was so thrilled and thankful the price was also very responsible.THANK YOU ROTO-ROOTER!!!
This company is as crooked as they come. When I confronted the manager about obtaining proof of his records (Video and Truck log), he wanted to charge me and just laughed. $536 for 45 mins of work, what a racket, I'm in the wrong business.
