Love the Columbia outlet. You can get good deals in past season items. If you want a coat in Spring it's the place.
They have a few good things, but I have been here several times and they are overpriced. I have seen a few good deals on last seasons clothes, but the main bulk of the stuff are just normal Columbia products that somehow are priced higher than I can buy them from online retailers for. The only reason I'd go back in here after several un-fruitful visits, is if I needed a pair of zip off shorts for an outdoor excursion in a hurry. If you want a real outdoors store, look up the massive two story one in Gatlinburg (the name is escaping me), it has a massive variety, including Columbia, and the prices seem better than this "outlet" location.

Went to buy a hat. There section was very low. The employee's where no help with finding a hat. Then at checkout the lady running the register was slow. Other employe stood there and watched us wait in line.
Absolutely WORST customer service ever. I called in, about to visit there and had questions about several varying sizes, prepared to drop nearly $1K if they had the size and she refused to check the floor for sizes, wouldn't tell me the styles they had saying they were only for outlets, etc. They lost my business and I will spend my money at North Face. #yourstaffneedstraining
