Went to store and i was never asked if i needed help and i over heard them talking about other customers..they was very rude i just walked out and bought a purse from coach instead!
I went the store got a purse for $137 3 day latter is $40 cheaper and I ask the person there if I can return & buy again with a wallet she said you only have 7 days lol

The store was very nice clean and organized, every employee there was very helpful and polite, but my mother, grandmother, aunt, and I all got hounded by them as soon as we walked in. I can understand introducing yourself and offering help, but for each employee to watch us like hawks and pretty much hound us to buy a purse and matching wallet was a little ridiculous. We were in TN on vacation and didn't have much money to spend, but my mother and I both were debating on a new purse from there. After being hounded for so long and feeling like we had to buy something we ended up leaving. I ended up buying a Michael Kors purse at TJ Max for about $200 cheaper than at the actual store. The exact same purse I was eyeing at Michael Kors that cost $300 was $175 at TJ Max and it is indeed a legit Michael Kors and not a knock off. I rate this store 3 stars just for the overall upkeep and look of the store along with the employees helpfulness and kindness, but they can back off a bit and not hound people as soon as they walk in. Just introduce yourself, offer help, tips, and advice, just don't be up in someone's business the whole time they are trying to browse.
Expensive stuff with a name on it. I'm not impressed but someone else might be if you are seen wearing it.
