My husband and I absolutely love shopping at Big Lots. Always great prices. Bought a lot of christmas stuff, rustic cottage was an awesome theme for us for christmas.

Customer service was excellent Dee was our cashier. Dee was professional smiled and greeted us. She asked us if we had a Big Lots Card we didn't she signed us up in no time. The Big Lots in Sevierville is great! The people who work there are so nice and helpful! Our salesperson even asked us if we found everything we needed and was there anything else she could do.
