Staff was super nice and patient helping me pick a new watch, which I ended up getting for a great price. Even told me about the lifetime warranty on my old one, so now I can get it fixed and have two!

Came here to get a battery replaced in my watch. The person that helped me was fast and friendly. I was in and out within minutes. They had special tools to remove pins and to get the back off the watch. Coming here was much easier than trying to do it myself.
Got home and my watch doesn't work. Unfortunately, I paid cash, so no recourse. Offered to have me send watch and they'd put a battery in it, but I'd have to pay for the shipping. My fear is sending the watch and never seeing it again. I won't be back in that area in the 90 day warranty period, so I'm guessing I'm out of luck on this one. Any body else had an issue? Has this happened to you? If so, please post so we can warn everyone.
