I should have read these reviews before purchasing from this company and I won't make the mistake again. I will not order anything from this company again! Their website is inaccurate and the customer support is non-existent. You cannot speak to a person so all communication are via chat or opening a Trouble Ticket.

Pricing was good, which is why I ordered. But customer service was non-existent. You can not call them at all. I'd requested, 2-6 day shipping. I got an email the day following my order stating my order had shipped, would be here two days later. Good!

Maybe my error, but I have since found the older model still available, as I thought they would have. Adventure RV personnel could only say you can return it, but you pay shipping and a restocking fee. So I paid $75 to get the wrong model and now they want me to pay another $75 to return it plus $75 for re-stocking.

I am not surprised by the awful reviews given this company. I ordered an item, paid for it and received a completely different item than what was ordered. UNBELIEVABLE! In order to receive my refund I have to pay the shipping cost to return this item. How does a company like this stay in business. If you are reading these reviews considering doing business with AdventureRV PLEASE DO NOT!!!! Save yourself the aggravation all of us have endured with this awful company. I had to choose a star rating to post this review. However one star is much too high. -100 is what I would choose if possible. :( :(

The adventure in their name is what it is to try and get any form of customer service. I ordered a sway control arm that was described as new, but received an old used one. Then they charged me for the return shipping. The chat service always recommends a "service ticket" that is probably answered by the same person.

Well, I kept watching the FedEx update window, waiting to see my items ship. 5 days later, they still hadn't shipped, that's 7 days after I ordered. So, I open one of their chat sessions. Absolutely useless. The chat operator wasn't able to see my order or order status, instructed me to email. So, I emailed. No response was received at all. A day later(8 days after my order) I get another email my items had shipped. This time, they actually did. Three days later my items arrived.

In the rv/camper community, word of mouth is huge. Rest assured, I will never shop at adventure again, and will go out of my way to tell everybody they should not use them either. All of this I stated in my email, hoping adventure rv would make some effort to make it right. But they chose rather to ignore my email. Buyer beware...

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I don't think I have dealt with ruder customer service. I ordered a fan motor. I received the wrong motor. We were out of town on vacation when it arrived. We read the terms of guaranty. And I called to let them know that it was incorrect within 30 days to be able to return it. However, the customer service rep told me that I only had 3 days after delivery to let them know about damaged or incorrect items. I read the agreement again and it said nothing about a 3 day notice for incorrect items-Only damaged items. I replied and let them know that they were incorrect and legally had not fulfilled their agreement because it stated 30 days guarantee and now I would be out of money for their mistake. The customer service rep replied with this. "No one said you are out of money.... How about you send pictures like we asked so we can get this taken care of for you. No need to be rude. We are not perfect, just like you aren't perfect and waited almost a month to tell us." which by the way, I had emailed pictures to the email I was told to email to. Do not order from this company! Just pay a little more for better service. My husband ordered a part from another company, and we gave up.

I wish I had seen the reviews prior to ordering. If there was a zero star, they would have definitely received it!!

Items were poorly packaged, and one of the vents I ordered was cracked.

I was in need of an RV furnace and their site showed they had one. The description and picture matched exactly for what I needed, but I received a newer model ---2 inches too long! At the bottom of the web page in a smaller font it said this model “is” being replaced, and “NOT” replaced.
