This is for the Service department. Not sure about sales. Took my 06 Cadillac dts in for a oil change. I had a coupon. Don't normally go there, but it was a good deal. I had a front turn indicator bulb burnt out, bought the bulbs, months ago. After watching YouTube. I decided to leave to the pros. Figured it would cost hundreds to replace. Front tire must be removed. And go inside fender weld. Anyway, I asked how much to replace it. He said half hour, 30.00 bucks. I'm like do it! I'll wait. Sure enough 1 hour later, oil changed. Bulb is fixed. These are my go to guys, from here on out, especially if you love your automobile, like I do. Kudos service department. You will see me again. Not many people get excited about a fixed burnt out bulb,but I do.

Unreal. I’m looking for a used car and stop by Volunteer to look at their used cars. They do not have prices listed on their used cars. You have to have a salesman look up the price. They also have new cars mixed in with the used cars. I left as I don’t have time to spend hours at each dealership waiting on a salesman to get a price. I later summited online for a price quote on a couple cars asking for cash price. A day later I still have no reply. Poor sales service.
Bought a new vehicle, and was pleased every step of the way. Duval my salesman was no pressure and very helpful, nice guy too.
