My experience with the men at Chips transmission was top notch. The service was great. I will not take my car to anyone else if I need work done. They took excellent care of my car and myself. Any questions that I had they went outta their way to help me and answer me. I would recommend them to anyone needed any transmission work done to their vehicle. They were very professional. I was stranded on the road with my trucks transmission. I tried to get help from the Ford dealerships. They were to busy and had no desire to help me even with my truck being a ford product?? I called 3 dealerships none of them would look at it for at least a week. I stumbled onto Chips Transmission shop on a search on the internet for local shops. They were helpful from the start!! Lester was the service writer got me in with no hassle and Phil took care of my transmission issues and had me back on the road in no time. They knew' I was in a bind with this truck and could have very easily taken advantage of my situation "BUT" THEY DIDN'T.... My truck rental for #2 days was more $ than my repair. GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT PEOPLE ALL THE WAY AROUND! Many THANKS to all at Chips!!!
