What a fantastic individual! We came to Pigeon Forge for a week vacation between Christmas and New Years. We plugged in the city water and soon found a bedroom floor full of water. I called Rick'y the next morning and even though the shop was closed for the holidays and his family was in town he took the time to come out and fix the water leak. Very professional, very reasonable prices and just a great individual. He gave me tips on parts to keep on hand for the future pluming issues. I would recommend Ricky's RV Repair to anyone.

I tried to get my RV repaired and these people tried to tell me that it's a really expensive repair. However, I got a second opinion and it was nothing to do with what they were wanting to repair. In fact it was fine. I just needed to learn how to use the generator. I remember a long time ago I let these people repair my RV and it seemed that they charged a lot. This is not the place I would take my RV again.
