In October we had an emergency. We slid off side of mountain road and bent the rim on our truck. This was a Sunday and this place was one of the two places open and the one hour closer. Despite several not so great reviews we decided to have truck towed there.. we had called early to ask if they could fix. They said yes.. when we finally got tow several hours later, the owner was extremely rude! Arrogant man who agreed to fix it for $200. We waited 5 hours for the rim to be repaired. When he finally called he laughed and said oh it’s been ready! He knew we had 6 people and 2 puppies waiting in a small jeep. He assured us if we didn’t exceed 50 miles an hour we would make it 3 hours home. We made it 15 miles b4 we started loosing Air. We kept stopping and adding air..until the tire finally came off! 45 min away from his Tire Shop. We ended up Stranded at a gas station , off interstate for 2 hours at 10 pm at night. Ended with our second tow for the day. Made it home in 7 hours. 4 hours longer then needed. After looking at the rim when it was on tow truck you can clearly see the rim never was repaired! The bad business man just somehow managed to put our tire back on bent rim and took our money!! Do not trust! Save your money for the tow home. SHADY BUSINESS! Only take cash!!
The owner, Rick, is an wonderful man!! It’s hard to find a decent place around here that won’t charge an arm and a leg!! He was so nice, and HONEST! I really can’t say enough. My girls and I won’t have to be worried anymore. And that says a lot! I highly recommend Done Right! Best Christmas gift I could ask for! God bless him and his family!

This place is awesome! The took care of me and took care of my van nice. The gentleman man named Rick was very nice and understanding. I plan to keep coming back for the rest of the things I need fixing.
The guys were awesome and understanding. I didn't have to wait long but the guy kept me up to date on the progress. His name was Rick I believe. They informed me of damage to my other tires and plugged a hole for me. Then after everything Rick shook my hand and geve me a coupon flyer for future visits. The flyer shewed me that the do more than just tires so I'm coming back here for all my work on the van I'll need. Overall it was an awesome experience. Thanks guys and Rick.
Great place. Highly recommend. Rick the owner is a straight shooter, no games. I like that. They took care of what was needed and didn't try to sell me something that wasn't necessary.
