Went 12_22_17 was great until one of the workers was rude to my grandson band him from the go cart ride 2 sides to every story the worker didn't see the girl keep tapping him then he taped her he gets punish. We let it go after he tells my grandson he's banded he follows us about 20 feet. Blond hair guy with tattoo.was very unprofessional so that's why I give you a 4 star
We have only been here for local days and really appreciate their generosity to offer that at such a low price. I wish there were something to do for the toddlers that we brought with us as they were under 36". Perhaps a small playground or play area would be nice. Some of the graphics could use a refreshing, but that doesn't affect the rides, which were all running. We had a great time. Thanks again!
Kids loved it. Decent amount to do. Price is reasonable if you stay for long periods of time (at least four hours). You can leave and come back which may be a good idea in the summer time as you will be in the sun more than not and with longer lines (in the Summer), this could be less fun.
We had tons of fun. The climbing wall and arcade was fun. They also had a concessions stand inside. The go carts are all fun. It is nice to get to ride in different cars on different tracks. The carnival rides were also a blast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had great positive music playing in the background too.
Lots of different things to do at this amusement park for all ages. My biggest concern with this place is the lack of workers present at the go carts. There's only one guy trying to do everything and people riding are just doing their own thing. Safety goes completely out the window. This is probably the least safest go cart track I've been to in the Smokies. There were several people doing things they shouldn't have and nothing really was done about it. Even after talking to staff.
