Very rude! I went in to ask about storage, a uhaul truck, a tow dolly, and a appliance two wheel. We had just stepped in the door as she was grabbing her purse off the counter, she said hi, I told her we were wondering about a storage unit, she then frustratedly answered back with the fact the she had a list a mile long and that there was no way. She immediately went back to whatever she was doing so I turned to grab some uhaul leaflets and was on my way out as fast as I could. She then tried asking what we needed...now she was interested in helping us and I was in no mood! I went with the guy at 747 Dolly Parton parkway for my rental and couldn't be happier!
Nice clean building and professional service. Quick and simple, I was in and out in 20 minutes.
They're never in the office, you have to call a cell phone number taped to the door & then wait on someone to come meet you. There's only one lady working there, she's nice & the paperwork was fast, but no help hooking up the big, heavy 6x12 trailer I rented. It was impossible to do alone & nobody was there to make sure it was hooked up proper & safe or to make sure all the signal lights worked, etc.
They will help you in any way they can to make sure that your move goes smoothly. The staff is extremely sweet people. I would use them again
