I have never had a problem getting an appointment and I love that they stay open late. My mini schnauzer Molly has been in their care for the past week because of acute pancreatitis and diabetes. They have taken wonderful care of her and I can tell the staff truly cares. Without them I don't know if Molly would have made it. Wonderful and caring doctors!
UNLESS YOU HAVE TONS OF MONEY, DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR PET! THEY DON'T CARE,NOR DO THEY LISTEN,AND THE SECRETARIES DON'T HAVE ANY RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS. I WAS IN THERE FOR PET MEDICATION,AND SAW SOME PEOPLE COME IN WITH A VERY SICK PET DOG. THE DOG LOOKED LIKE IT WAS ABOUT TO PASS. THEY DIDN'T TREAT IT LIKE A EMERGENCY OR ANYTHING,DESPITE THE PEOPLE TELLING THEM WHAT WAS HAPPENING. THEY SAT THERE FOR 30+ MINUTES GETTING THE RUN DOWN ABOUT AN "ESTIMATE" ,BEFORE THEY EVEN SAW THE PET! THAT'S SHOWING WHAT THEY ARE ALL ABOUT. I HOPE THEY LOSE THEIR CREDENTIALS! DON'T TAKE YOUR PETS,OR ANYTHING AT ALL THERE FOR HELP!
A great place to take your pet they stay open 7 days a week from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. they are reasonably priced they don't try to take your whole paycheck they love animals this is the place to go bar none this is the place to take your loved pet
If I could do no stars I would. We have used this Vet clinic for a few years now and had no problems with them, until we came down with an emergency with our dog. They told us they were booked and couldn’t see us till the next morning. I ended up calling back and telling them our dog couldn’t wait and they still refused to see us and were actually on the rude side with me. We ended up walking into another vet just off the street and they immediately took us back. We are pretty disappointed in the way We were treated with Sevier County Animal Clinic. We found out that we also were about to be charged for an unnecessary procedure by them that would have cost us a thousand dollars. It is clear to me now that they do not care about the animals only how much money they can get out of you. Please do not take your animals here.
