The greatest place ever.they really make you feel like your important.I drive an hour there and back and it's worth it.dr.biggs is an Angel and a blessing to our pets and us.
Huge rip off. Be prepared to pay double the price they quote you once it comes time to pay.
A bit slow when you arrive in acknowledging your presence. Grooming is excellent and laser therapy for dogs is offered.
Do Not Take chickens to the vet that is there a couple days a week. She’s worthless for chickens. I don’t understand why she is there telling people she’s a vet who specializes in chicken or at the least treats chickens. This woman actually ask me to sacrifice one of my birds to test for Avian Flu. I didn’t know better at the time, but thank God something about her did not sit well with my daughter and I.
If I could do a 0 star, I absolutely would.
Absolutely wonderful people that deeply care about animals and their owners. We have been extremely pleased with them for both everyday needs and emergencies.
I asked for help and basically all I did was drive there and pay $80 for a few 1cc syringes. I asked her if I should keep doing what I had been doing cause we were seeing a change in the roosters symptoms. She said again, “well I need a dead bird”. She would interrupt us over and over, talk over us over and over to say nothing worth hearing. She was so set that she thought my chicken (who was improving) might have AF that she stopped there in looking at another possibility, YET she allowed me to leave with my bird to infect other if it would have had AF. She took no blood, she took no nasal or Davila swab, nothing! Four hour drive to another vet the same day and I got answers. My whole flock is now happy and healthy. She did tell me that the roo had parasites but she didn’t sell anything to treat it. Then she was upset that I was able to buy antibiotic at the co-op and TSC. She said “how did you get those meds, that’s against the law”. Well, thank God I could get meds like that from the shelves at the co-ops cause my flock would had died since she didn’t sell meds for them. This woman is a fraud! Plz travel the distance to a real vet that will not want a dead bird to send off for testing. This vet ( scratch that, rude woman) she not advertise as a vet that is trained to treat chickens. I’m not joking when I say she picked up her phone and use google. What a waste of time and trauma that my little roo didn’t need at the time, but thankfully a well educated vet treated him and ran some simple test and was able to tell us more than this google did.
