I can not say enough good things about Smoky Mountain Jeep Repair. I have an old 1991 Jeep YJ and it was looking pretty ratty(so much so that my wife didn't even want to ride in it). I took it to Smoky Mtn Jeep and told them I wanted to dress it up a little; I had some ideas but didn't really know just what. Earl was amazing, he read my mind and knew exactly what I wanted. He repaired several things that needed repairing, new top, new carpet, seats, replaced tires and wheels, fenders, etc. Bottom line, when I showed up to pick up my Jeep, I didn't recognize it. It was beautiful, looked like a brand new Jeep. Earl not only fixed everything we talked about but did many extra things that needed fixing, all that added to my 1991 Jeep looking brand new. I could not be more pleased. He even had his daughter come down and buff a badly needed paint. I love it and my wife loves it. All of their work was professional and very reasonable. Earl, Chris, wife and daughter were all very friendly and courteous; so very helpful in every way. They have made a customer for life. I wouldn't take my Jeep anywhere else.

My wife and daughter were on vacation in the area and the A/C quit. I called Smokey Mountain at 3:30 and were able to work on our Town/Country van immediately when they pulled up. Very friendly, professional and honest service!!! He made recommendations but didn't try to sell us anything, just added refrigerant. I do all my own auto repair including A/C work and really appreciate the honesty. The repair is enough to get them through the trip and then deal with major repairs at home. Highly recommend them!!
