My wife and I were staying in a cabin for our honeymoon and we were out for a drive when I noticed some smoke billowing out from under the hood. When I took a look, it appeared that a torn CV boot was spraying grease all over the engine compartment and it was burning on the exhaust.
We needed to get brake pads and rotors done. They were able to get us in quickly. We did a little shopping at the outlet mall and before we knew it, brakes were already done and the price quoted was extremely fair and less than we were expecting with comparable internet estimates. Would highly recommend for brakes and will call them first for any other potential issues!

Repairs are overpriced,I had work done and the part failed after only 3 months and they recharged me $200. Unfriendly at best. Make sure you have a thick wallet. They quoted me $150 to put on a $15 window wiper motor. I feel like I was a little taken advantage because I am a women. What they didn't know my dad was a mechanic taught me alot. I have found a new machanic to try I will let you know!.....
As I pulled up to my destination near Sevierville after a 675-mile drive from Illinois my coolant reservoir cracked open spilling my coolant on the ground in an instant. It was too late to call anyone so first thing the next morning I called another local shop and was told they couldn't look at my car for a week. I asked them to recommend another shop and they gave me T & J's phone number. I called and T & J said they could get right to my car but because it was a BMW it would take another day to get parts. Had the car towed to their shop. Tony and Jim were courteous and advised us of the price as soon as they inspected the car. The car was finished the next day which meant I would incur no more lodging costs than was already scheduled for our trip. Thanks, Tony and Jim for taking care of us.
I am so glad we chose to bring our car here for repairs. Jim was honest, fair, and efficient. The car was left as clean as when we dropped it off, and the issue was resolved in a matter of hours. When the work was complete, Jim even picked us up from the grocery store in the pouring rain.
Our water pump went out on our van during our vacation. They were able to get us in, despite being busy. We were pleased with the price and the service.
